Appraisals and historical records

PorceLens provides informational estimates for European porcelain using submitted photographs and available historical evidence. It is not an authentication service, formal insurance valuation or guarantee of a future sale price. Condition, provenance, restoration, attribution and sale terms may require independent inspection.

Historical auction records are reference evidence. A visually similar lot may be a different object. Prices from different dates, currencies and sale conditions are not interchangeable. Conditional estimates and limitations are identified in the report.

Credits and purchases

Credit packs are one-time consumable in-app purchases. The App Store displays the applicable local price before confirmation. The app displays the credit cost of an appraisal; credit is reserved when a job starts and captured only when it succeeds. Failed or cancelled jobs release their reservation.

Credits belong to the PorceLens account that received them. Keep your recovery code private and safe. Checking App Store purchases does not recreate consumed credits or guarantee recovery of a lost account. Refunds are handled through Apple and may reduce the related account balance, including where credits have already been spent.

Your submissions

Submit only images and material you are entitled to use. Avoid including unrelated personal information. Do not use the service to misrepresent authenticity or value. You remain responsible for decisions made using a report.

Support

If a purchase is pending, refresh the balance or contact support with the transaction reference. Do not make another purchase merely to resolve a pending credit delivery. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
