Common questions
How do appraisals and credits work?
New users may receive free starter credits. Each successful appraisal costs 1 credit. If an appraisal times out, fails or returns a server error, the credit should not be consumed.
I bought credits but my balance didn't update.
RevenueCat typically posts purchase webhooks within 10 seconds. If your balance has not updated after a minute, tap Restore purchases or fully close and reopen the app. Still stuck? Email us with the approximate purchase time and your Apple receipt or transaction identifier if available.
What does an appraisal result mean?
CeraScope provides an informational market estimate based on object metadata and comparable auction results. It is not a formal written appraisal, authentication certificate, condition report, financial advice or guarantee of sale value. See our Terms of Service.
Is my uploaded photo private?
Photos and descriptions are processed to produce the estimate and are not sold or used for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for the full data-handling details.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Use Account - Delete account in the iOS app, or email admin@x-wing.one from the address tied to your Apple ID. If you did not share an email through Apple, quote your opaque Apple-Sign-In identifier and we will help locate the account.
